  • 1 cup plain kefir

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon honey (Optional)



Add kefir, peanut butter, spinach, banana and honey (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
